Complimentary worldwide shipping is automatically applied to every order placed on our site, with no minimum order value required and no hidden delivery surcharges for any global destination. Once payment is fully verified, our warehouse will process and pack your skincare, makeup and makeup brush items within 1–3 business days. Standard international transit times typically range from 7 to 20 business days, varying based on local postal efficiency, customs clearance schedules and regional logistics delays beyond our control. We will send a tracking number to your registered email once your package dispatches, allowing you to monitor the full delivery journey online at any time.

All shipments are securely packaged with shock-resistant materials to reduce the risk of broken glass jars, leaking serums or damaged cosmetic tools during cross-border transit. Customers are solely responsible for any local import taxes, customs duties or regulatory inspection fees enforced by their destination country’s border authorities; these separate charges are not included within our free shipping benefit and are collected independently upon package arrival.
